24-hour advance notice of session cancellation is required. Payment will be assessed, if notification is not received

All purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred

All purchases must be completed within six months of purchase

Monthly Quartet Pass 

Auto-Payment is required

May be suspended for up to three months, with prior arrangement

30-day notice of cancellation is required
